Karen Lacey
Director of MP Services
Karen joined IPSA in 2017 as our Head of MP Services and has played a key role in IPSA’s transformation. She has been Director of MP Services since November 2025.
Prior to working at IPSA, Karen worked across a range of Government-funded programmes including the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Outside of work, Karen is a keen gardener and home DIY-er.
