Coronavirus: Sale of alcohol in Parliament buildings and to officials

Since this weekend past when the on-premises sale and consumption of alcohol and food was prohibited nationwide due to fears about the spread of the Coronavirus, does this ban extend to all Parliament buildings and officials?
