Request

You specifically requested information, relating to the Information Tribunal case EA/2018/0299 - Jenna Corderoy v IC & IPSA concerning:

  1. the total amount of money spent by the ICO on this case and a detailed breakdown of costs

  2. copies of records of all payments to Counsel in connection with this case, and,

  3. the total amount of hours spent by Counsel in connection to this case and a detailed breakdown of those hours.

You subsequently clarified that the ICO costs should be omitted from the request as this is information which IPSA does not hold.

I can confirm that, as IPSA was not represented by Counsel and, therefore, no payments were made, this is information which IPSA does not hold.
