Our current provider is Unit4 Business World

When does the contract expire, and do you have extension options?

The current contract expires in August 2020, with a possible one and two-year extension.

What is the value of the contract?

As we use a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)system, it is not possible to provide figures for the finance, procurement and invoicing functions. There are a number of component parts to the overall system, some of which are under negotiation.

What modules do you use e.g. general ledger?

The modules we use are:

  • General Ledger

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Fixed Assets

  • HR

  • Cash Management

  • Payroll and Expenses

What is your budget?

The use of an integrated ERP system means that there is no separate specific budget for finance, procurement and invoicing functions.

Procurement and invoicing systems

As we use a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system provided by Unit 4 Business World, there are no separate procurement and invoicing systems. Information is not, therefore, held for the following questions which relate specifically to invoicing and systems.

What is your annual paper usage?

Before the introduction of our IPSA Online service in April 2019, our annual paper consumption averaged approximately 120 boxes or 600 reams. This has reduced to a monthly usage of approximately 5 boxes or 25 reams.
