Details of Scottish MPs’ staffing numbers and costs

Please provide a break down of all MPs representing Scottish seats, next to the number of staff they have employed since the day after the last general election.
Since the last general election, how much have MPs who represent Scottish seats paid in staff bonuses? I would like the collective total as well as the number of MPs who have paid a bonus.

IPSA holds the information you requested.
Under the Scheme of MPs’ Business Costs and Expenses, (‘the Scheme’), staffing costs may be claimed to meet the cost of staff who support MPs in performing their parliamentary functions. IPSA provides model contracts and job descriptions for all staff employed by MPs, the specific conditions of which (such as pay and annual leave entitlement) can be set by the employing MP, usually within bands specified by IPSA.
The Scheme does not allow MPs to pay bonuses to staff, but does allow for modest reward and recognition payments in recognition of outstanding performance. These are subject to a maximum of £1,000 per individual staff member per year, and no more than 2% of the annual staffing budget may be used for reward and recognition payments.
