IPSA holds this information.

We have searched our systems for any correspondence exchanged between IPSA staff members and individuals during September 2018 whose email addresses or email signatures indicate they work at either the Daily Mail or Open Democracy. We have identified four such documents, copies of which can be found via the links below, with personal data of individuals (such as names and contact addresses) redacted in accordance with section 40(2) of the FOIA.

For reference, section 40(2) provides that personal information about third parties is exempt information if disclosure would breach the fair processing principle (Principle 1) of the DPA, where it would be unfair to those persons or is confidential.
