Could you please send me your written protocols when being contacted by the press and how you handle and assess the individual enquiry.

Response

IPSA’s Communications team are responsible for internal and external communications, including handling queries from the press and media.

All queries from external sources are handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, which necessitates that personal data is not disclosed unfairly or unlawfully.

Please find attached a written guide, used by the Communications team, as a guide to answering media enquiries.
