1) In the last 12 months, how many members of staff have made internal discrimination claims against the IPSA? If so, under what categories (eg race, religion, etc).

2) How many employment tribunal cases have there been or are pending regarding employment disputes with former or serving IPSA staff during the last 12 months?

Response

In the last 12 months, IPSA has not had any internal discrimination claims brought against it.

Further, there are no employment tribunal claims that have been raised against IPSA in the last 12 months with former or serving IPSA staff.
