Number of FOI requests made by a named individual

I should like to know the number of FOI requests you have received to date from the person I have indicated below [name redacted], can you please advise number and dates submitted, and cost of each FOI.
Response
The information you request relates to an identifiable, living individual. Any information we may or may not hold would therefore be considered personal data under the Data Protection Act and could be exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the FOI Act. We have assessed the nature of the information being requested, and have concluded that the information, if held, would constitute the personal data of the named individual. As such, under section 40(5)(b)(i) of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to confirm or deny whether the information is held.
