MPs with vested interests in the Child Support Agency

Request

Under the freedom of information act I would like you to tell me the names of all politicians, MP's etc who have a vested interest with the Child Support Agency.

I am aware that the CSA has many stakeholders.press, the CAB the law society the NHS the magistrates courts some MPs including Ian Duncan Smith, Gorden Brown, David Cameron and many more MPs.

I would also like to know how much they receive in dividends from the CSA and where the interest goes to from the account which all arrears are paid into. I am aware that the monthly interest figure is around £3million

Response

The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is the body created by Parliament under the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 to independently oversee and regulate MPs’ expenses.  IPSA has two main roles: regulating the business costs and expenses system and administering and paying MPs’ expenses, pay and pensions.

As such, IPSA does not hold the information that you request.
