Board minutes since July 2013

IPSA holds the information that you request.

The minutes for meetings of IPSA’s Board are routinely published on IPSA’s website.  The minutes for Board meetings that took place to July 2013 may be viewed via this link to the transparency section of IPSA’s website.  There were no meetings of the Board in August 2013. Minutes for Board meetings that took place between September and December 2013 are due to be published on our website by the end of February.

The FOIA states that information that is accessible by other means is not subject to release. Therefore, as the information you have requested is already available on our website, it is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the FOIA (information accessible to applicant by other means).

Section 22(1) of the FOIA states that information intended for future publication is exempt from release.  We have considered whether the public interest in releasing the information outweighs the application of the exemption.  We have a programme of publication for Board minutes, and as such it is our opinion that the application of the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure at this stage.  Regrettably, we have fallen marginally behind schedule recently due to a lack of resources, but anticipate that we will be up to date by the end of February.
