Does Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority  make use of any non-relational / NoSQL database technologies such as MongoDB, Cassandra, RIAK, Hadoop or any proprietary non-relational technologies if so which ones?

For what purpose are Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority  using these technologies?

Is the use of these as part of an agreed IT Strategy to use NoSQL technologies in place of traditional relational database solutions?
