Could a copy of the agreement as mentioned in claim number 231604 by John Robertson MP be released in accordance to his IPAD?

IPSA holds some of the information that you request.

We do not hold a specific record of a written agreement between John Robertson MP and IPSA regarding claims for iPads.  We do, however, hold a record of a call between Mr Robertson and IPSA to enquire whether his claim for data usage on an iPad would be permitted under the Scheme.  IPSA confirmed that it would be permitted, but advised Mr Robertson to reference the call in a note attached to the subsequent claim.
