I wish to be informed of the running costs of your department for the financial year 2011-2012.

IPSA holds the information that you request.

In accordance with the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 (as amended), IPSA produces an Annual Report and Accounts, which includes information on the running costs of IPSA.

The Annual Report and Account for 2011/12 is published on our website and can be viewed via this link to the corporate publications section of our website.

The FOIA states that information that is easily accessible by other means is not subject to release.  Therefore, as the information you have requested is already available on our website it is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the FOIA (information accessible to applicant by other means).
