Details of Scottish MPs renting from/to other MPs

Could you give me a list of those MPs in Scottish constituencies who are currently renting their London homes to other politicians and/or those similar MP's renting from other politicians.

You may be aware that IPSA responded to an FOI request on 18th December 2012 on details of MPs renting from other MPs, reference FOI2012-A111.  You can view our original response to this request via this link to the Freedom of Information section of our website.

We subsequently committed to publishing an updated list on an annualised basis, which is available via this link to our publication website.

The FOIA states that information that is accessible by other means is not subject to release. Therefore, as the information you have requested is already available on our website, it is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the FOIA (information accessible to applicant by other means).
