Constituency office subletting remissions by Ed Davey

Request

‘Clauses 6.15 and 6.16 of the IPSA scheme states that:

"Where an MP who claims office rental expenditure grants a licence or gives permission to any person for the use of the constituency office (or any part of it) on one or more occasions, a fee must be charged which reflects an appropriate proportion of the rent and other costs incurred ... This fee must be remitted to IPSA in its entirety."

My interest is in the office of Mr. E. Davey at 21 Berrylands Road. Please provide me with full details of all remissions made to IPSA by this MP under clauses 6.15 and 6.16 of the scheme, including, but not necessarily limited to:

1: The date the money was remitted to IPSA

2: The amount of money

3: The person/organisation using the office (from whom the fee was charged)

Last week, the IPSA press office told me that, where such an arrangement is in place, MPs are asked to set out the basis on which the "appropriate proportion of the rent and other costs incurred" is calculated.

In addition to 1-3 above, please also provide me with:

4: All information given to IPSA by Mr Davey to account for the apportioning of such costs.’
