Under the MPs’ Scheme of Business Costs and Expenses (‘the Scheme’) MPs may claim for “Travel and Subsistence Expenditure for journeys which are necessary for the performance of their parliamentary functions”. Attendance at meetings of international delegations, such as the one you mention, would not, therefore, be paid under the Scheme.
