Details relating to the Ill Health Retirement Grant

Can an MP still claim the above grant that existed before IPSA took over the pay of MP’s if so how many MP’s have made claim for the allowance since your taking over and what where their names?

IPSA does not hold the information that you request.

There is no provision for Ill Health Retirement Grants under the Scheme for Business Costs and Expenses.  This is a matter for the Pension Fund Trustees in the House of Common.  You may wish to contact the House of Commons at hcinfo@parliament.uk
