Specifically you require information on how much either Steven Purcell or Twenty Ten Consulting have received from John Robertson’s allowances since the general election.

I can confirm that IPSA holds some of the requested information. In relation to the first part of your request I can advise that Steven Purcell is an employee of John Robertson MP. Information held regarding Steven Purcell is personal information and we have therefore withheld the information in accordance with section 40 (personal information) of the FOI Act. Section 40(2) provides that personal data about third parties is exempt information if one of the conditions set out in section 40(3) is satisfied. I refer you to the attached link detailing the FOI Act 2000 for further information: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/36/contents.
