Accommodation expenditure claimed by Ed Balls MP and Yvette Cooper MP

I note that Labour MP Ed Balls and his Labour MP wife Yvette Cooper have just been elected to the Shadow Cabinet. My questions is, do they both claim second home allowances, and upkeep for said second home, and is said second home on claims the same, or different?

I can confirm that IPSA does hold the requested information.

At this time neither MP has submitted claims for expenses relating to residential accommodation. Please be aware that under the rules set out in the Expenses Scheme MPs cannot make claims for the upkeep of residential accommodation. The Expenses Scheme can be found on the IPSA website.
