Response

IPSA is an independent body responsible for establishing and paying Members of the House of Commons their salaries and expenses from 7 May 2010. Sir Thomas Legg’s inquiry and any subsequent funds MPs have paid back relate to expenses paid prior to 7 May 2010 under the previous House of Commons Member’s Allowances scheme.
