Under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, anyone has the right to request information that we hold. We publish all our responses to these requests, which you can search through below.

Before making your request
If your request relates to something other than MPs’ pay, business costs and expenses, or IPSA itself, then we may not hold the information you are looking for.
We may have already published the information you are seeking. Details of all claims made by MPs' for business costs and expenses are published on this website, and responses to previous FOI responses can be found below.
Making a request
When making a request, please include:
- Your full name (title, first name, surname);
- An address for response (postal or email); and
- A full description of the information required.
If you wish to make an FOI request, please email FOI@theipsa.org.uk.
When we receive your request, we will provide a response within 20 working days.
