Assurance reviews of the European Research Group

Request

I am writing to request, under Freedom of Information rules, IPSA's assurance reviews for the European Research Group, for the years: 2018, 2019, 2020, and, if available, 2021.

I understand that these should be published in line with the First-tier Tribunal decision of May 2019.

Response

I can confirm that we hold information relevant to your request, but it is subject to a Refusal Notice under section 21 of the FOIA.

This exemption applies where information is reasonably accessible by other means. IPSA responded to a similar request in July 2019 the response to which can be found by searching in our FOI Disclosure Log for “ERG Materials”.
