Copies of the research papers produced by the ERG

Request

Following the tribunal ruling in 2019, the research carried out by the European Research Group (ERG) was to be released and made publicly available. I cannot find this research.

Could you please send me a list of all research papers published by the ERG and where these papers might be accessed?

Response

I can confirm that we hold information relevant to your request, but it is subject to a Refusal Notice under section 21 of the FOIA.

This exemption applies where information is reasonably accessible by other means. IPSA responded to a similar request in July 2019 the response to which can be found by searching in our FOI Disclosure Log for "ERG Materials".
